Here's a trick to manipulate the window without the trim panel on. Remove the switch from the panel so you can raise and lower the window to work on it. Switch has to be connected or else it won't work at all as it is required to complete the circuit (you can't just use the other switch on the driver's side). - Mike Campbell (Mike)
