Both guides cut, time to pull the glass. Be EXTREMELY careful as it is VERY easy to break the window. The trick is to let the front of the window drop out of the track and lift up on the back so that you can pop it out of the track. When you put it back in, the front HAS to go in first followed by the back. Steady pressure is applied until it pops back in the track. - Mike Campbell (Mike)
