CAREFULLY cutting the old guide (there is one on each side of the window) so that the window can be removed. There is a hole in the window for the guides to snap through so you will want to avoid catching the tip of the blade in the hole. After you pull the window, be sure to pull the old guides out with a pair of pliers. - Mike Campbell (Mike)
